Wafer Book Cooling Tower

It is the cooling section used to cool the hot cream spread between the wafer block and to give crispness to the wafer block before cutting. The chassis, covers and conveyor system are completely made of stainless steel. Thanks to its special design, maintenance and cleaning is very simple.
